There was a time when the only time I ate mint was when my mum added it to the new potatoes. Herbs were, well something you smoked, weren’t they? I couldn’t have imagined that I’d be blending mint, basil or coriander with bananas!
This little sweet treat is simple, quick and super tasty.
In a high speed blender add:
1 ripe banana
3-4 frozen bananas (or more)
2 handfuls of fresh mint
Pulse until smooth
Pour into your favourite ice-cream bowl and sprinkle raw cacao nibs.
