Mint Chocolate and Carmel Swirl

I’ve made a variation of this before which you can find here

For the chocolate section I used 1/2 teaspoon of alcohol free peppermint essence instead of vanilla. For a different effect I used a tooth pick to mix small spoonfuls of caramel through the chocolate base. The caramel is seriously good. Full of fat but really good.



If you are looking to add even more sweetness to your day, this should hit the spot.


1 ripe pineapple.

3 celery sticks.

1 cucumber.

I’ve got a real thing for turmeric at the moment. Everywhere I look people are raving about the health benefits, especially it’s cancer fighting properties.

For a lovely refreshing juice packed with goodness, you’ll need:
3 apples
4 carrots
2 inches of fresh turmeric

Organic Kale Juice

3 Large curly kale leaves
1 stick of celery
1 large carrot
2 red apples

There are many benefits of adding more kale to your diet. If you find the taste unpleasant in juice, just make sure you add enough carrot or red apples to sweeten the taste.
