I had a large bunch of curly leaf parsley that I had no interest in eating so I juiced the lot with carrots, apples, celery, kale and turmeric. Surprisingly lovely
Parsley is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K. It is a good source of iron and folate.
Eat parsley for heart health as well protection against Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Happy juicing 🙂
Super charged, power packed, extra sweet, beet juice!
Beetroot juice helps lower blood pressure; helps boost iron intake (handy for those with low haemoglobin); reduces oxygen use and boosts stamina; helps fight cancer; aids digestion and regulates your metabolism; and then there’s the anti-aging properties (that alone is enough to get yourself some).
This was 4 beets and 6 apples.
It packs a punch so easy on the beets if you’re not used to juicing. This particular recipe is not for the little ones either.
I currently have a heap of beetroot and other juicing veg, so it maybe time for a juice feast.
